The 23^rd Annual Olive Harvest Festival features a traditional market that offers olives, olive oil, potted olive trees, olive wood handicrafts, traditional soap, traditional food, and embroidery for sale and presents various Palestinian folkloric shows. Organized by Bethlehem Peace Center and the Environmental Education Center in cooperation with Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce, Rural Women’s Development Society, and other local institutions.
