Samah Jaber holds an MA in gender and development studies and has vast professional experience in national and international advocacy, gender mainstreaming, policy analysis, program development, and management. She has led and continues to lead international, regional, and national initiatives, defending the human rights of peasants in coordination with national and international institutions, and she has made notable contributions to research on the right to water, land grabbing, the right to access land and natural resources, food sovereignty, and national policies in the agricultural sector, in addition to authoring policy papers and fact sheets.
