Professor Mazin B. Qumsiyeh teaches and does research at Bethlehem and Birzeit Universities. He is the founder and director of the Palestine Museum of Natural History and the Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability at Bethlehem University (http://palestinenature.org) and has published over 150 scientific papers and several books on topics ranging from cultural heritage to human rights, biodiversity, and cancer.
